Jonah is growing up fast – and growing out of his clothes fast too! Maybe it was all of those extra middle of the night feedings 😉 He is starting to sleep better now but over the last month with all of our transition, sleeping was not his strong suit. Now we’ve got him in the laundry room and he’s doing great – David calls it the womb room.

It’s been awhile…quite awhile.
Our computer died. It has now come back to life, thanks to a good friend.
So here’s a quick update…
Josiah got a big boy bed
Summer happened. It was lots of fun.
Then came autumn. We liked that too.
Then came Winter – just as you would expect.
That’s a pretty good summary. Other things to note, David and I both turned 30, Josiah turned 3, and we moved to a beautiful new house on 10 acres of woods with a creek just out back. Oh, and we’re having another baby. He’s due near the beginning of May. Life is good.

here’s a glimpse of what we’ve been up to since my last posting…
Josiah likes to pretend this is his truck. He climbs on and drives.
We went on a sabbath retreat with our church and Josiah was ready every morning to go ride his bike.
Josiah saw uncle Josh do this with a real dog.
Josiah does this often - not sure if it is a bus or truck but it is definitely a vehicle and they usually go to PCC.
Josiah in the driver's seat this time. There is usually a lot of switching seats - for fairness of course.
also, wanted to highlight that he sets this all up on his own.
David managed to rig up our bike trailer to Josiah's trike and off he went taking rambo for a ride.

whew! I guess a lot happens in 3 months time, seasons change, children grow, time marches on.

first hair cut January 27, 2011
So Josiah got his very first hair cut this month. We decided to go to a real hair cutting place since I don’t really know what I’m doing. He got to sit in a fire truck which makes just about anything okay. I tried to pay close attention so that I can do it at home next time and not have to pay $20. We’ll see how that goes. he won’t really care how his hair looks until he’s about 10 right? so I have a while to get good at it…
